Empower the Youth Panel is a leadership and entrepreneurship initiative that gives young people a platform to share their ideas, experiences, and solutions for the future of their communities. Selected students participate in professional development, mentorship, public speaking, and panel discussions alongside local business leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, and community organizations. Participants strengthen their leadership skills, expand their professional networks, and gain real-world experience while inspiring others to become changemakers.
